THE Court of Appeal sitting in Kisumu has declined to overturn decisions of the High Court that endorsed Emmanuel Wangwe as Navakholo MP. Joseph Omukanda wanted the court to overturn the High Court's ruling that Wangwe was the duly elected MP for Navakholo constituency. In his appeal, Omukanda said the election was not free and fair. On Friday, judges Sankale ole Kantai, Daniel Musinga and Festus Azangalala dismissed the appeal against the High Court ruling saying it has no merit.
