BUNYALA Busia women’s representative Florence Mutua has asked women in Bunyala subcounty to join table banking activities to cushion them from poverty and improve their standards of living. Speaking yesterday at a forum convened by Nambengele Isimba Ikona Bakwane Women Self help group, she gave the group Sh20,000 to enable them start table banking activities. She invited the members to attend a forum on how to undertake effective table banking, which will be opened by Deputy President William Ruto’s wife Rachel in Busia town in April.
