The government on Thursday convened a meeting to reconcile two communities at the Kisumu-Kericho border. This follows an outbreak of violence that has left six people dead and displaced 2,516. The joint border security meeting was held at Maraboi. It was attended by top security personnel, elders and religious leaders from the Kalenjin and Luo communities.
