LIKUYANI MP Dr Enoch Kibunguchy has asked senators to work with governors in implimenting devolution. He said the constitution provides clear roles for both the senators and governors. Kibunguncy was addressing mourners at Soy Sambu village in Kakamega county during the burial of Erick Wafula Nganga on Saturday.
