THE Kisumu government has denied graft allegations in its tendering system by some senior officers. Director of Communication Merita Ombuor said the county's tendering process is water tight. In a press statement, Ombuor refuted denied claims of financial misapropriation at the county government. He was reacting to claims that four senior officers in the county are pushing for their cronies, friends and relatives to win county tenders.
