TRADERS at Menyinkwa Market in Kisii county have threatened not to pay any levies to the county government over poor sanitation. The traders said the market lacks toilets and water. They said they have raised concerns but no action has been taken. “We are issuing a notice to those in charge that we will not pay any levies from Thursday because of lack of toilets and water,” market chairman Nyangaresi Bosire said on Sunday.
