PROFESSOR Oyugi Akang'o and Ann Anyanga, who successfully petitioned against the election of Migori Governor Okoth Obado, have said they will vie together. The two sought the seat on an ODM ticket and lost to Obado in the March 4, 2013 election. The Court of Appeal on Friday nullified Obado's election.
