The vacant Nyando parliamentary seat continues to attract many aspirants. A series of consultative meetings are reportedly being held in Nyando and Kisumu. The IEBC is yet to set dates for the by-election as the seat has not been formally declared vacant. Several names have already found their way into public domain as possible candidates for the seat.
