MP roots for committees

KISUMU Central MP Ken Obura has called for the formation of inter-sub-counties project committees. He said the committees will improve disaster management in neighbouring counties. Obura said this will address disasters such as fires in counties. He was speaking on Sunday when he toured the Jubilee Market in Kisumu town.
