53 bicycles to boost healthcare in Kisumu

KISUMU Central MP Ken Obura has handed over 53 bicycles to community health workers in the county. He said this will boost delivery of health services in Nyalenda Estate. Obura was speaking in Nyalenda on Sunday when he handed over the “Bikes- 4Care” bicycles to Nyalenda B health workers. He said the bicycles were bought through a collaboration of Kisumu Central CDF office and Coop Africa. “The bicycles will also help in close monitoring of patients in the informal settlements to improve their livelihoods,” Obura said.
