Leaders told to cut travel costs

KISUMU East MP Shakeel Shabbir is pushing for all elected leaders to use budget airline Jambojet to reduce strain of public resources. He said leaders should reduce their transport costs. Speaking at the Kisumu International Airport during the laumch og the a Jambojet flight on Tuesday, Shabbir said county governments have spent a lot of money on flight transport. “I call on all the elected leaders to embrace the cheap Jambojet flight to reduce huge spending of public funds on air transport,” he said.
