Take action against Dalmas, says Wandayi

UGUNJA MP James Wandayi wants the registrar of political parties to sanction Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno over his recent remarks that he will form a party to counter ODM supremacy in Luo-Nyanza. Wandayi said it is illegal, in accordance with the Political Parties Act, for a person to associate with or propagate the affairs of a party different from that which sponsored him or her to an elective post.
