THE Kakamega health executive Elsie Muhanda has denied reports that medical services at the Provincial General Hospital have stalled. He said reports that doctors have resigned from the hospital are misleading. Muhanda said the trasfer of doctors from one station to the other is normal. “What is happening is normal transfers of doctors from one station to the other and a region to the other and not resignation of doctors,” she told the Star on the phone yesterday. Muhanda said service deliver at the hospital remains uninterrupted.
