FORMER Kanu officials in Kisumu have censured elected leaders from Nyanza region for snubbing a function on Sunday attended by Deputy President William Ruto. The function was only attended by Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma and his Homa Bay counterpart Cyprian Awiti. The leaders on Monday said the action of their colleagues in the region showed that they are thoughtless to the needs of residents.
