Siaya officials snub Vision 2030 meeting

SIAYA Governor Cornel Rasanga has accused the executives, MCAs and directors of sabotaging development in the county. Rasanga said concerted efforts from all stakeholders will help achieve meaningful development. The governor was speaking during the Vision 2030 second term plan workshop in Siaya town yesterday.
