THE Kisii government will spend Sh57 million to put up 288 fish ponds, Agriculture executive Vincent Sagwe has said. He said the fish farming project will boos food security and improve farmers’ incomes. Sagwe was speaking at Bogiakumu village in Bonchari subcounty during the launch of the programme on Wednesday.
