VIHIGA county has been granted the rights to host the Miss Tourism Kenya national beauty contest. The county government will need Sh80 million to host the event that brings together more than 3,000 delegates in September next year. Miss Tourism Kenya national director Alice Kamunge said Governor Moses Akaranga requested that his county host the event. Kamunge said this year’s contest will be held in Nairobi in September.
