The Bungoma county government will launch an anti-corruption campaign in the wards. Governor Kenneth Lusaka yesterday said the county government will introduce performance contracts. He said the Ward Anti- Corruption Plan “will mostly target areas with devolved funds like the Ward Bursary.” He called on ward administrators in the county to adopt and implement the plan.
