Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka will appeal a court ruling that sent 13 chief officers home. Addressing the press at his office, Lusaka said he respects the courts verdict and the rights of citizens to petition the county government but the judgment "did not receive the benefit of facts and historical perspectives touching the inclusivity of minority groups in the counties".
