THE ultra-modern memorial library to honour the former Foreign Affairs minister Robert Ouko will be officially launched tomorrow. The Ouko family said the library was built to keep his memories alive as a brilliant leader, great scholar and politician with unique qualities. It sits on a two-acre land donated by the family at his Koru home in Muhoroni, Kisumu county.
