The newly established information and knowledge centre built in memory of the late Dr Robert Ouko will be officially opened today by Sports Secretary Hassan Wario. In a press release sent to the Star office in Kisumu yesterday, the library is one of 60 branches set up in the country. The library is located on a two acre land donated by Ouko’s family at Koru in Muhoroni constituency.
