KASIPUL Kabondo MP Oyugi Magwanga has raised a red flag over the destruction of wire and Kodera forest in his constituency. Speaking to journalists in Kisumu, Magwanga called on the concerned authorities to intervene and stop the wanton destruction of the two forests.
