MEMBERS of Kisumu county assembly want the county commandant to train five sergeant-at-arms and the chair of security committee on how to handle guns. According to a report on Administration and Security Committee, the members do not have the skills on how to handle firearms. Vice chairman James Omolo said the MCAs require personal security as the crime in the area has gone up.
