THE Kisumu government has been asked to allocate funds to nurture talents among local artistes and models. Kisumu Central MP Ken Obura yesterday said the county has many youths with various talents, which should be exploited. He said this will boost the level of income among the youth. Obura said local artistes have been neglected and urged leaders to support them financially so they can use enhance their talents.
