KISUMU county assembly proceedings were on Wednesday paralysed after two factions of MCAs clashed over the motion to impeach the speaker. The clash disrupted normal business forcing speaker Ann Adul to adjourn the morning plenary session. Five MCAs allied to the speaker opposed the motion on her conduct. It is alleged that two order papers tabled in the assembly, including one discuss the speaker’s conduct, were sneaked in.
