TWO MPs are seeking to move a motion in parliament aimed at reviewing the TSC Act that requires 85 per cent of teachers posted to their home districts. Nicholas Gumbo (Rarieda) and William Kipsang (Marakwet) said they will introduce the motion once Parliament resumes.
