KISUMU Governor Jack Ranguma has asked the Kenya Anti-corruption Commission to investigate claims that some county officers illegally sell contract documents. He said he received complains that contract documents are sold in bars and private offices in Kisumu. Ranguma was speaking on Madaraka Day in Kisumu. He said some tenders are reportedly awarded to unscrupulous businessmen. Ranguma said EACC has been invited to probe the scam and prosecute culprits.
