kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale has differed with Governor Wycliffe Oparanya on alcohol legislation in the county. He said Oparanya was wrong to return the Alcoholic Drinks Control Bill over extended drinking hours. Khalwale said residents should drink chang’aa as it is not poisonous.
