HOMA BAY Town MP Opondo Kaluma has said the National Police Service Commission is biased in vetting of cers. He said the vetting is skewed to “remove” of cers from communities supportive of the opposition. Kaluma said the appraisal has left some senior “corrupt” of cers in service. “I will table a motion in Parliament to stop of the ongoing vetting process because it has lost its meaning,” he said.
