THE Kakamega government has signed an agreement with an American company that will invest in the county’s healthcare. Governor Wycliffe Oparanya said Coppe Healthcare Solutions will upgrade the Kakamega Provincial General Hospital to referral status. He was speaking when he signed the MoU with Coppe president Brian Kurry and team leader Daniel Krox in his of ce on Sunday.
