A BUSIA MCA yesterday appeared in a Busia court and denied a plot to topple President Uhuru Kenyatta. John Agesa of the Nangina ward appeared before chief magistrate Ogolla Ogembo. Obwogo was charged that he uttered the said words on Madaraka Day Celebrations at Lugulu AC Secondary School in Butula subcounty. The prosecution said Obwogo uttered the following words, “Uhuru Kenyatta ameshindwa na kazi and there is no need for national dialogue.
