KISUMU residents have slammed the county government for funding about 25 MCAs trip to Cord’s Uhuru Park rally last Saturday. It is alleged the government spent more than Sh0.5 million for transport and per diem for each MCA. “The Uhuru Park rally was important but we must acknowledge it was a private function and each MCA should have funded himself like other coalition supporters,” Kisumu city residence voice chairman Audi Ogada said.
