THREE Homa Bay ODM politicians have said the party must improve its nomination process ahead of the 2017 poll to win the presidency. Hillary Alila, Martin Ogindo and Ong’ondo Were said the party must uphold democracy. The three have returned to ODM after defecting to other Cord affiliated parties during the March 4, 2013 general election.
