Mumias Parents have been cautioned against unregistered colleges. Director of E-Smart College Geoffrey Anyembe said many students are leaving colleges with certificates that are not recognised. He urged parents to research the background of colleges before enrolling their children. Anyembe said a number of new colleges advertise courses that are not accredited.
