TWO Cord legislators have slammed Jubilee administration over corruption and nepotism in public jobs. Kisumu Senator Anyang Nyong'o and Muhoroni MP James Koyoo accused President Uhuru and Deputy President William Ruto for "championing impunity" on the government appointments.
