MUMIAS. A man was on Saturday night lynched by a mob after he was caught stealing a TV set. The man was caught in a house belonging to Wazir Masanga at Mjini estate in Mumias town at midnight. “He had packed a TV set and a battery when the house owner raised the alarm,” said deputy police boss Patrick Nyangaresi.
