KISUMU residents want the immediate prosecution of a policeman who shot dead a soccer fan on Saturday night. Collins Okoth, 24, died on the spot when an AP officer shot him in the stomach in Manyatta estate. Okoth was managing Lazer Video joint where fans were watching a World Cup match during the incident. Witnesses said the officer, who was in the company of two regular policemen, stormed the video shop and switched off the lights, to the chagrin of the viewers.
