Bungoma teachers fight for prime plot

BUNGOMA politicians and the Ng’arisha Sacco Society are involved in a tussle over the ownership of the famous Posta Grounds. Whereas the teachers’ sacco lays claim of the plot following a successful court case, some politicians and residents insist the land is public property. Ng’arisha won the case at the Bungoma High Court in a ruling delivered by Justice A Omollo on May 13.
