VIHIGA Governor Moses Akaranga has asked politicians to tone down their rhetorics. He said Jubilee and Cord leaders should weigh their words before making public pronouncements. Akaranga said some politicians have misused the freedom of expression as guaranted by the constitution to infringe on the rights of other. "It is sad that leaders from both coalitions are intolerant and resort to statements that amount to hate speech," he said.
