NYATIKE constituency leaders will tomorrow hold a joint meeting over harassment of residents at the disputed Migingo Island. The meeting will bring together civil servants, security personnel, local leaders and fishermen in Kenya to form a joint agenda before the delegation meet Ugandans soon. Nyatike acting subcounty commissioner Anthony Mutembei said fishermen and traders have been forced to pay taxes to Ugandans. “We need to agree on free movement as Ugandans are not stopped from moving into Kenyan waters,” Mutembei said.
