Savula calls Uhuru a 'liar' over fertiliser plant pledge

LUGARI MP Ayub Savula has accused President Uhuru of failing to deliver a promised fertiliser plant. He said it is shocking for the government to announce that a fertiliser factory will be built in Eldoret after his election promise to Western leaders to put up a plant at the Webuye Pan Paper Factory.
