PRIVATE schools in Teso North have been challenged to provide good physical facilities for their students. The district quality assurance and standards officer, Peter Simiyu, it was sad to find some private schools operating in ramshackle buildings. He said although most private schools produce best candidates in KCPE and should not compromise on quality. Simiyu also urged such schools to ensure all qualified staff were registered by the Teachers Service Commission.
