THE National Land Commission will investigate landgrabbing in Kisii. Commissioner Samuel Tororey yesterday said those behind the scheme will be prosecuted. He said officers in the Lands ministry collude with brokers to grab public land. “We will take serious measures to curb incidents of grabbing public land in Kisii and other areas," Tororey said at a press conference in Kisii town.
