KAKAMEGA county ODM chairman David major has accused Governor Wycliffe Oparanya of interfering with party operations. He said Oparanya has been using non-elected party officials to undermine party officials to bolster his quest for the deputy party leader position. “The branch secretary Paul Posho has convened a party executive meeting at the county headquarters on Monday, one wonders whether the party has shifted its offices to the county headquarters,” Major said in his office yesterday.
