MIGORI county MCAs are divided ahead of the President’s visit to the region on Monday. Majority leader Johnson Owiro said President Uhuru’s visit has nothing to do with the referendum. He was responding to claims that Uhuru’s visit is meant to change Migori’s stand on the vote. In a press statement released yesterday, Owiro said Uhuru’s visit is purely for development.
