An official of the governors’ Pesa Mashinani referendum push has said that the governors will collect signatures at the polling station level. National coordinator Nabii Nabwera said the signatures will be collected by party officials appointed at every polling station and handed over to officials appointed by the Council of Governors at ward level. “The official at the work level will then swear before commissioner for oath before handing in the booklets for onwards transmission to the electoral commission that the information collected is true,” he said.
