MUMIAS West MP Johnson Naicca has advised school heads to erect storey buildings due to scarcity of land. Naicca said upward construction of buildings will solve the problem of more learners and no space for expansion. He was speaking at Lukoye yesterday when he distributed CDF cheques for completion of the first phase of a newly established school. The MP promised to put up a 12-classroom building to maximise the land available. “We have purchased one-and-half acres for an early childhood development centre, primary school and a resource center,” said Naicca.
