Mumias East Kenya Primary School Heads Association yesterday elected new officials, following the retirement of former subbranch chairman Richard Nyanje. Lubinu Primary School head teacher Elly Keya was elected the chairman, deputised by Dominic Osundwa. Abubakar Busalire will remain the secretary while George Mulama was elected as his assistant. Other leaders include Gladys Mulinya as vice treasurer while Peter Busolo retained the treasurer position. Fridah Muhonjia is the women's representative, Aggrey Waliaro (organising secretary) and Justus Lumbasi (technical committee chairman).
