SENATE public accounts committee chairman Bonny Khalwale has warned governors against using public funds to campaign for the Pesa Mashinani referendum. Reacting to reports that some governors are using public funds to hire campaign choppers, Khalwale said the plebiscite drive is a private undertaking.
