THE Kisumu public service board chairman has been given a seven-day notice to address the controversy over the appointment of eight county chief officers. In a letter addressed to Wilson Oguya by Kisumu City Residents Voice chairman Audi Ogada, the activists want him to address the "unresponsiveness and partiality" of his actions.
